1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Julie & Grace GmbH.
The giveaway is carried out under the registered brand Haze & Glory (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in Germany. Employees of the Organizer are excluded from participation.

 

3. Participation in the Giveaway

• Automatic participation: All individuals who place and fully pay for an order in the Organizer’s online shop (kuzzoi.com) between 27.09.2025 and 28.09.2025 automatically take part in the giveaway. Orders placed outside this period are excluded.

• Participation without purchase: Participation is also possible without placing an order. To do so, interested persons may send a postcard during the giveaway period (postmarked within the timeframe) with the subject line “Giveaway – win your order” including their full name, address, and email address to:

Entries by email to info@hazeandglory.com are also valid. Every entry has the same chance of winning, regardless of purchase.

4. Prize, Selection, and Notification

• Among all valid entries, 2 winners will be drawn at random within 14 days after the end of the giveaway period.

• Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
  
  
• Winners will receive a refund of the full purchase amount of their order within 14 days after confirmation. For participation without purchase, a shop voucher equal to the average order value during the giveaway period will be issued.
  
  

5. Payout

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order or, in the case of participation without purchase, as a digital voucher sent to the winner’s email address. A cash payout or transfer of the prize is not possible.

In the event of a return, the winner will receive a digital shop voucher equal to the value of the returned items.

6. Data Protection

Winners will be notified privately only. Names will not be published. Personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the giveaway. After the giveaway has ended and the prizes have been distributed, the data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for technical issues that may affect participation in the giveaway. Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Miscellaneous

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
