Please note that we can process orders with the payment method "Prepayment" only after receipt of payment.

As we know that you are eagerly awaiting your parcel after placing your order, we ship several times a day. If you order by 1 pm (German time) on weekdays, your order will usually be dispatched on the same day. 

All orders are shipped from Germany climate neutral with DHL. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU. However, outside the EU these may apply.


* Please note that there are different regulations on customs or import VAT depending on the country. These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective recipient country & must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. These fees will be deducted from your credit in case of a return.

** Shipping to some regions (e.g. Oceania) may take significantly longer. Every customer gets a tracking link.

Due to recent regulatory changes in the United States, we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the U.S. and Puerto Rico, effective August 25, 2025.

We are currently unable to accept or fulfill any orders with delivery addresses in the United States. This applies to all shipping methods.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are closely monitoring the situation. Shipping will resume once a reliable and compliant solution becomes available.

 

Returns:

Returns from EU, UK & Switzerland

You don't like the piece of jewelry you ordered? No problem! With the help of our returns portal, you can easily send your order back to us with DHL within 30 days.
For returns within Germany, a return fee of 2.95 € applies.
For returns from Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries, a return fee of 4.95 € applies.

Please note that we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

Even if you ordered from us as a guest, you can download and print out your return sticker below or use the QR code.
As soon as you click on the link below, you will be forwarded directly to the input form. There you only need to enter your sender data and click on "Continue" – you already have your return slip in your hand!


Stick the note on the parcel or show the QR code when dropping off your return at a post office, a Packstation or your parcel shop.
Please note that we have to charge for unauthorized returns.

Returns Portal

We are all familiar with advertising that promotes free returns. In most cases, however, the costs are simply passed on to customers through higher product prices. In the end, this means that products are not actually cheaper — and high return rates certainly do not benefit the environment.

With the environment in mind, we aim to raise awareness of delivery routes and help reduce unnecessary returns. We also save a significant amount of paper by not including a return label in every package, as unused labels only generate waste.

International Returns

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Customers must ensure that all returned items are in the condition in which they were received, have not been worn and are returned in the original packaging with tags and labels intact. Please use a secure, insured and trackable delivery service (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL or similar) as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.

Returns from the USA are not possible

We are currently unable to accept returns from the United States or Puerto Rico due to the suspension of international postal shipments under new U.S. customs regulations.
This includes all services via DHL Paket and other postal carriers.

How to avoid a return:

You can be particularly careful when choosing the right size or length when you place your order. In our size guide we help you to find the best ring size for you, for example. This saves you additional work for a return and also does something good for our environment. In addition, we give you as much information as possible in our product description and details to prevent incorrect orders.
